We are a small, family-owned, fully-licensed construction company in South Huntsville. Our company is looking for a reliable apartment/home maintenance technician who has at least 5 years' experience in all aspects of home repair. Other applicants will not be considered. This is a strictly drug-free environment.  Our ideal candidate: -Has at least 5 years of apartment/home maintenance or residential construction experience (more is preferred!) -Is experienced with drywall, painting, flooring installation, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. -Has their own vehicle and valid driver’s license. -Is able to work independently. -Is willing to undergo drug testing and a background check. -Understands safe work practices related to this position. -Is a dependable and trustworthy self-starter. -Reports on-time and ready for work every day. -Pays close attention to detail. -Is able to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
