I am looking for a licensed contractor/handyman to install vinyl flooring for the basement. The carpet and the padding have been removed, and the concrete is clean and has been painted with Kiltz. It is for 3 rooms, hallway, and living room (total around 800-900 sq ft). I am looking for a bid for either vinyl sheet or vinyl planks suitable for concrete. The job is available now.
