Description
Pay: $14 per hour (and up DOE)
Location: Richmond/Rosenberg area
Job Duties:
• Answering phones, directing calls and assisting customers
• Assisting Parts manager with daily tasks as directed
• Keeping all parts locations updated into computer software and properly labeled
• Constantly going through parts inventory pulling items that have not sold
• Reviewing reports for accuracy in location and counts
• Handing out parts to mechanics
• Assist in looking up parts for mechanics and customers – then assemble and pack for shipping
• Reviewing make ready tasks to determine items required and then pulling items
• Handle all received shipments unpacking, sorting and counting. Verify the packing list to the items in box.
• Verifying inventory, and processing return materials authorizations (RMAs)
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
• Excellent computer skills (Ex. Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, DYMO Label Printers, etc.)
• Must have superior communication & customer service skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to write and work on routine reports and correspondence
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Ability to move over 100 pounds with a dolly
• Forklift experience preferred
