Looking for a subcontractor to renovate a 5x7 bathroom

I am a general contractor, looking for a subcontractor to renovate my 5x7 bathroom. Pictures are attached, please reply with a quote of labor and rough-in materials (at least approximate or it will not be considered). We will supply finish materials such as plumbing fixtures, light, tiles etc. Here is the scope: SCOPE OF WORK - Prep the work area by covering areas where workers will be walking and build up dust barriers where necessary. - Demolish the existing bathroom and inspect all exposed plumbing and electrical. - Replace existing exhaust fan. - Install a standard 60x30 tub. - Install a new shower faucet. - Install and waterproof cement boards onto the shower walls and bathroom floor. - Mud, prime and paint bathroom walls, ceiling, door and trim. - Install new tiles and grout onto the bathroom floor, shower wall around the tub, up to the ceiling. - Install new toilet. - Install new vanity cabinet, sink, top and faucet. - Install new medicine cabinet and vanity light fixture. - Install new bathroom accessories, such as toilet paper holder, towel racks etc. - Seal all newly installed tiles and grout after 48 hours from installation. - Remove and dispose of the work debris and broom clean the worked on area.
