NEWTOWN, PA — Several public meetings are scheduled this week in the Newtown area. Monday, March 15 The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. via Zoom for a public work session. On the agenda is a senior living facility proposed at Lower Silver Lake Road/Newtown Bypass, next to the site proposed for Wawa. The board is slated to approve a plan by the owners of Pineville Tavern to construct an outdoor greenhouse for outdoor dining.
