We are looking for just the right individual to join our fishing charter/dolphin tour crew. There will be days in which we will need a first mate for fishing charters and other days in which you will be needed as a tour guide. There will also be other times in which you will be asked to help with maintaining the grounds and the boats as well. In other words, we are looking for someone who loves to be on the water and is willing to do the fun and not-so-fun work as well. The ideal applicant has plenty of dock experience, loves to fish even on their day off, and has a great personality so that dealing with the public is easy. A sense of humor (or at least a willingness to laugh at the crew's silly jokes) is a definite job-requirement! If you are shy, this is not the job for you. Also, you will be required to submit to the Coast Guard's requirement for random drug screening, and smoking is not allowed on the premises or on the boats.
