We are hiring …. join our team! We are a general contracting company providing residential installation services on behalf of the home improvement retailers. Applicants must have proven installation experience. We are looking for skilled, quality focused sub-contractors that provide customers with a great experience. You will receive consistent pay; our reliable pay periods run bi-weekly, and installers are paid by direct deposit. This position is a (1099) independent contracting arrangement. The pay is by piece work; installers are paid a fixed percentage (%) rate for each unit produced or action performed regardless of time. We provide access to technology, scheduling services, technical, and administrative support. Consistent workflow -we generate the work while you focus on providing quality installations. Requirements: - Criminal Background Investigation - Obtain or possess the required insurances and licenses as applicable - Obtain or own the tools to complete the installation - Achieve high customer satisfaction levels - A minimum two-man crews will be considered for window installation projects - Comply with manufacturers specifications, industry standards and regulatory code - EPA RRP Paint Certified (we can assist with obtaining certification) - Excellent oral and written communication skills
