Welcome back Rochester... We are happy to invite you back to The Reentry & Community Development Center (RCDC-17). It has been almost 2 years since we closed our doors for "re-structuring". A lot has happened since: Covid & Social unrest due to police killings of unarmed Black men. If you are familiar with the RCDC-17 before you know that besides providing direct services to men and women who are recently released from jail or prison, we also started many many grassroots efforts to address injustices and also led many community development initiatives. Well, WE ARE BACK!!! Thanks to a grant from the Greater Rochester Health Foundation we are in a much better financial position. We are not self-sufficient yet but we have a stronger foundation in order to help us achieve that goal. Join us on Saturday, April 10th, 2021 from 1pm- 3pm to learn more about our current/ future plans. We will be accepting hygiene products and daily bus passes!!!
