COVID-19 Vaccination Site Sign up for Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Seminole County Vaccine Point of Dispensing sites are open to the following priority groups: Persons 60 years of age and olderLong Term Care facility residents and staff Healthcare personnel and Caregivers with direct patient contactEmployees of educational institutions Sworn law enforcement aged 50 and olderFirefighters aged 50 and olderIndividuals deemed "extremely vulnerable" to COVID-19 - MUST BRING information from medical doctorPlease bring an identification (with birthdate) to your appointment for check in. Non-hospital healthcare workers should also present a valid proof of employment (employer ID, paystub, etc.). Proof of Florida residency or semi-residency is also required, by way of mortgage, lease agreement, utility bill or any other documentation that provides proof of residential address. Upon arrival, individuals have an opportunity to read and sign the vaccine waiver, then will be called to the vaccination area. Administering the vaccine generally takes no longer than 5 minutes. All individuals receiving vaccines will be asked to wait in an observation area for 15-30 minutes with medical staff to ensure there are no adverse initial reactions. Those receiving the vaccine may experience some side effects such as: pain at the injection site, fever, chills, tiredness, headache, and/or body aches.
