Need an experienced OFFICE ASSISTANT for small Downtown office. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office • Strong Customer Service Skills including but not limited to: Active listening, creative problem solving, critical thinking, and communicating effectively • Strong Organizational Skills • Strong Multi-tasking Skills • Attention to Detail • Ability to Prioritize Typical hours are: Full time: Monday - Friday: 12pm-8pm Part time: Monday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm
