READ ALL We are getting ready to move and need help getting our house ready to sale. Both of us work fulltime and have 5 children. ( including a baby ). So its difficult to have extra time. Projects are fairly minor and can be paid by job or hourly. What we want to get done in next few months... Outside Stain deck Stain house ( log home ) landscaping/ clean up Replace garage door New gravel brought in Drainage around house Inside Painting Redoing countertops Some small areas new drywall Tile bathroom 3 doors hung Transition strips put in. New vents in bathrooms Bigger jobs include. New hot water heater. Adding central air unit Adding stone venure outside? These are a few of the things. We also have a 2002 GMC Yukon XL in good condition.. but with almost 230k miles.. new engine, transmission, tires ext that we are willing to trade for labor. Going to list for sale for 4-5k.
