Need help with stray cats

I have been feeding and caring for the stray outside I try to even give them shelter when its cold. The landlord is now complaining and don't want me to even feed the cats. I try to get close to them but they fast. I want to help them find a better home. Before ask no animal control won't take them but everyone not cats people and scared they will harm them plus be stray dogs around. I'm at a point I have to move but don't want to move until i know they can live better anyone that can take in feral cats to give them a chance be better plus it to many of them sooner or later they will be alot on in breds. If you a rescue and can help please contact me I will only work with rescue groups to make sure they going to a place that can have them live better lifestyle and stop them before alot of in bred i have rescue some myself but can't take in them all Please contact me or any helpful information will be helpful help me help them and save them
