Greetings! We are running a foster based small animal rescue here in Tucson called Home Sweet Hammy Home. We began as a hamster rescue then expanded to pet mice and now we have Guinea pigs! We will be receiving our 501 c 3 status soon and have established our rescue with Valley Animal Hospital as well as Orange Grove Animal Hospital. We provide large, fully enriched enclosures for our rescues (see pictures) and each one is treated like family! At this time we have 2 Female Guinea pigs, a Russian Dwarf hamster and 3 mice available for adoption. Their enclosures are pictured here and their profiles along with adoption details are on our Adopt-A-Pet and Petfinder accounts. Free care class for hamsters, mice and Guinea pigs as well as lifetime support is provided with each adoption. Also available is free educational care documents and assistance in upgrading your own hamster or mouse setup, no need to adopt from us to take advantage of these services!
