ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Luke Wojcik, 39, of the 1600 block of E Central Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured car, and was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Feb. 26 on S Arlington Heights Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 6. Stephanos A. Baslaal, 26, of the 800 block of Leclaire Avenue, Wilmette, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 5:41 a.m. Feb. 26 in the 200 block of E Golf Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 6. Craig S. Colbert, 31, of the 1800 block of Huntington Boulevard, Hoffman Estates, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 1700 block of W Algonquin Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 6. Mary Lou Poulos, 52, of the 500 block of W Euclid, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 11:49 p.m. March 5 in the 300 block of W Northwest Highway. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 23. Jonathan M. Bergman, 27, of the 200 block of Royal Court, Prospect Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:16 a.m. March 7 in the 600 block of E Rand Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 16. Vasana K. Vanshy, 28, of the 1100 block of Bonhill Drive, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 3:30 a.m. March 7 in the 100 block of S Arlington Heights Road. Vanshy was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 30. Traffic Stop Leads To Multiple Charges For Arlington Heights Man ABUSE/NEGLECT OF DISABLED PERSON BY CAREGIVER Robert Goldberg, 62, of the 2700 block of Greenpoint Parkway, Hoffman Estates, is accused of abuse/neglect/physical of a disabled person by a caregiver, and was arrested at 1 a.m. Feb. 28 in the 800 block of W Central Road. He was taken to court and assigned a court date of March 26. CAUSE CHILD TO BE ENDANGERED Jose A. Aleman, 38, of the 400 block of S Meier Road, Mount Prospect, is accused of causing a child to be endangered, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:34 a.m. Feb. 28 in the 200 block of E Golf Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 16. DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE Adam Rude, 28, of the 600 block of Sandra Lane, Wheeling, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 4:53 p.m. March 1 at Hintz and Prindale. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 31. Juan C. Morales, 33, of the 300 block of Hawthorne Circle, Mount Prospect, is accused of two counts of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 9:19 p.m. March 4 in the 1100 block of South Arlington Heights Road. He was taken to court. Hanna Hanna, 22, of the 6400 block of N Washtienaw Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 9:24 p.m. March 4 in the 0-100 block of W Algonquin. She was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 31. Pablo Sobles, 26, of the 2000 block of Jeffrey Lane, Elgin, is accused of driving on a suspended/revoked license, and was arrested at 10:24 p.m. March 5 in the 0-100 block of W Algonquin. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of March 23. RESIST A PEACE OFFICER Annel Arias, 25, of the 1800 block of Lilac Lane, Aurora, is accused of resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 2:52 a.m. March 7 in the 100 block of S Arlington Heights Road. Arias was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 23. DISTRIBUTION OF EXPLICIT MATERIALS TO A MINOR Pia P. Mirwani, 18, of the 500 block of E Windgate Court, Arlington Heights, is accused of distributing explicit material to a minor, and was arrested at 6:27 p.m. March 9 in the 200 block of E Sigwalt. Mirwani was released on bond and assigned a court date of April 6. THEFT OF LABOR/SERVICES Patrick Petrillo, 32, of the 1500 block of Stonegate Manor, Mount Prospect, is accused of theft of labor/services, and was arrested at 7:31 p.m. March 9 at Rand and Camp McDonald.
