The Services Coordinator will plan, implement and supervise day-to-day operations of the Employment Services Program, provide opportunities for people to achieve goals and participate in the life of the community and responsible for job procurement and work readiness training. Hours: 37.5 hours per week; flexible to meet the needs of the program Minimum Requirements: • 60 semester hours of college credit or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred• Direct Support Professional certification preferred or completed within 60 days of hire• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills• Sales and supervisory experience a plus• Valid driver’s license with good driving record• Ability to complete and maintain First Aid and CPR certification• Skills necessary to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to use vehicle and travel independently in the community• Maintain current car insurance and driver’s license on file• Proficiency in the use of computers, software applications, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Please send resume to [email protected], complete an application online, or come in to the office at 2155 Broadway, Blue Island, between 9:00am and 3:00pm to complete an application.
