Blue Cap has an opening for Direct Support Professional's to provide support to adults with developmental disabilities in achieving personal outcomes at home, provide opportunities to participate in community life and assist in the development and implementation of individual support plans. Blue Cap is interested in qualified applicants to hire and train as Direct Support Professionals. CNA Certification, a plus. Hours: evenings and weekends available Minimum Requirements: • High School diploma or GED• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record• Satisfactory literacy test results• Ability to lift 50 pounds• Ability to complete all Department of Human Services training and background check requirements.
