It's simple! I am looking for a few people who want to work and make money. I remodel homes all over the valley and looking for a few more skilled people to bring on. All of the homes are vacant and have strict deadlines for completion. You must have your own tools and transportation to the jobs daily, understand time frames for completion, be able to work independently, and not be a shady drug addict looking for a house to sleep in. I pay when the jobs are done then would put you right into the next job. All of the jobs are piece rate NOT hourly and NOT paid with cash. I dont care what you do on your free time but on my jobs I expect professionalism and to be there when your suppose to and to put in a good day's work. The work consists of tile, paint/drywall, light plumbing and electrical, trash hauling, etc. If your a good handyman then this may be right for you. Pay is fair and competitive and you could possibly start right away. Must have full availability. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have.
