Shoes On Solano, a retail destination for fashion-comfort women’s footwear and accessories in Berkeley, Oakland and Walnut Creek. This position will be in our Walnut Creek location. If you are motivated by being part of the “Best Shoe Store in the East Bay”, enjoy inspiring your customers, want to share your enthusiastic passion for shoes and accessories, you should apply for this position. Bring a professional attitude and we will train everything else. Qualifications: Have at least 3 years of RETAIL SALES and management experience with STRONG, proven retail sales results, preferably in women’s shoes or apparel.Have an outstanding work ethic. Make a commitment to grow with the company.Be an energetic and motivated leader through positive motivation and leadership.Be willing and able to learn and update product knowledge.Be able to manage store merchandising independently, with some direction.Be flexible- must be available weekends and weekdays. (we are NOT open evenings). Position will be minimum 3-4 days per week.
