Cashen Ready Mix is a family owned and run company serving the North East Ohio area. We are looking for several new team members to join us. We are currently looking for yard workers for the Painesville location. Duties include operating a front end loader, keeping the yard clean and stocked, mowing grass, sweeping driveways, loading and unloading shipments, setting up precast forms (large heavy steel forms), among many other things. THIS IS A PHYSICAL JOB and that requires lifting heavy objects, climbing and other labor intensive responsibilities. You need to be a self starter you will be you will be giving several daily tasks and other things to be done threw out the week but it is up to you to insure they are taken care of without constant directives. You will be working outside all day and will be exposed to the elements. You will be working in heat, cold, rain maybe snow. Typical day begins at 7 am and is finished at 5 pm. We do not tolerate laziness or tardiness, so please do not apply if those words describe you. Most of our work is between March and December so many employees do have to take a seasonal lay off. Hours are dictated by weather and customers and will vary. This is a 40+ hour a week job and will involve working some Saturdays.
