Handyman wanted for our Maintenance department We are a Property Management Company looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining all units, identifying the need for repairs and responding to clients’ maintenance requests To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents. Responsibilities: • Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices and managing maintenance repairs. • Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs. • Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. • Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems. Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role. • Basic knowledge with plumbing and electrical systems. • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. • Extremely organized with good communication skills. • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving. • Must have their own car and tools. Requisitos: • Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia laboral en un rol similar. • Conocimiento basico en plomeria y sistemas eléctricos. • Capacidad para trabajar con herramientas de hardware y equipos de potencia. • Extremadamente organizado con buenas habilidades de comunicación. • Orientado a los detalles con aptitud para la resolución de problemas. • Deben tener su propio auto y herramientas.
