Drain tech needed that has one of these with carbide blades welded to

I need a drain technician that can resurface the inside of a steel drain pipe. I've seen great videos about this product. Please don't contact me if you do not have one of these. I do not have a stopped up drain. It's just sludgy and I want to try this before I replace it.
