Cutting a concrete wall

I am a General Contractor. I have a project in North Denver that I am looking to have a 8" concrete wall cut in 3 places. Standard 4'-x4' openings. I will have excavating done before you start. Start day is This Wednesday. No sooner. I will haul away debris. I want this cutting done only from the outside. So you will need a deeper diameter saw blade. We cannot cut from both sides. It needs to be cut from only the outside. I will pay on completion. There is no issues with the header in this wall. So you will cut the bottom at 4' the sides at 4' and the top at 4'.
