Our Chefs will be demonstrating how to create a gorgeous dish made of Morel mushrooms and how to highlight the mushrooms flavor. Enjoy a delicious meal of this one of a kind food pairing, exploring what goes best with this item and how to create curated meals in your own kitchen! Cooking Class Participant Tips & Details: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class. -Currently, ALL our classes are Demonstration style, hands off classes for the safety of our guests and employees. -ALL our classes will have three courses, with a light appetizer or salad, a main course, and a dessert. – Please enter through the Bodacious Shops main doors on Palafox Street! – Wine & beer service available. – Participants receive 10% off at So Gourmet on the day of the class. – Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. – We reserve the right to cancel this event and undersold classes will be rescheduled.
