Niche.com released its rankings of the best places to live in Alabama, and Hoover ranked among the top 5. The rankings, which has Hoover at no. 4 statewide, were determined by using data from the U.S. Census Bureau, FBI, CDC and other agencies, combined with reviews from people that live in the area.
