BIRMINGHAM, AL — Birmingham's 99 neighborhoods each will hold elections for officers for their neighborhood associations March 30. The elections were originally set for October 20, but due to COVID-19 health concerns, the elections were postponed. Ballots for each neighborhoods association can be viewed here. The final day for absentee voting is March 22, 2021 by 5 p.m. Each ballot must be placed in the stamped envelope provided and must include a copy of your current photo identification.
