Four 90-min classes featuring long-held poses, meditations, visualizations and breathing exercises centered around aspects of the zodiac. ⁠ 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝙮𝙤𝙜𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙡𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙮 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙩!!⁠ In Person + Streaming options 𝟰 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 - $𝟭𝟯𝟱⁠ NOTE: Series begins on March 21st and ends on April 11th. Classes cannot be purchased individually. Each 90-minute class begins at 7:00pm EST This hybrid Yin/Restorative series will feature poses, meditations, visualizations and breathing exercises centered around aspects of the zodiac. ⁠ After a brief, centering meditation, students will hold 5 to 6 poses with the muscles fully relaxed, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and target the fascia. Each class will end with a long, meditative savasana.⁠ NOTE: Please bring the following to each class: a yoga mat, a firm pillow or bolster, block or book and a blanket. ⁠
