Free Wheat Ridge Safety & Self Defense Class for the Whole Family! Join us for a Safety and Self-Defense class hosted by 29 Degrees of Gung Fu! This is a free event perfect for the entire family. Sensei James Bedwell, along with several of his coaches, will be teaching us many self-defense tactics!
