As we welcome you back to in-person services at Portico Church, we ask that you reserve a seat in advance to help us best prepare! If this service is sold out and seats are not available, please fill out THIS FORM in order to be added to our waitlist. We also encourage you to check availability for the 11:00am service. Portico Kids is meeting in person for all Toddlers-3rd Grade at the 9AM service. You will need to make a reservation for your child to attend Portico Kids. You can make a reservation for your child along with your reservation to attend service by clicking Register. During these unique times, Nursery will only be open for the babies of Volunteers currently scheduled to serve in Portico Kids. 4th-6th graders are invited to join us in “Big Service”. Individual bags of activities are available for kids going to service in the Lobby. If you would like to know what Portico Kids will look like during this time, you can go to the Portico Kids page on our website at www.porticocville.org/kids-what-to-expect to read about how we plan to safely bring back our kids and Volunteers. NOTE: When choosing your seats, please select a section that matches the number of people in your party. If you need a single seat, please select a seat within a group of 2 seats. We may need to make seating adjustments prior to Sunday’s worship service to better accommodate seating capacity. If any changes are made, you will be notified via email. Also, we ask that you read over the following guidelines: SEAT RESERVATIONS: Because of distanced seating, we are asking you to reserve your seats in advance. All seats have been placed in sections and the sections are all 6 feet apart. You can choose between the main floor (93 seats) and the mezzanine (28 seats) based on availability. MASKS: According to governmental directives, we are asking all attendees to follow all guidelines and wear a mask while inside Portico Church. We encourage you to bring your own mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide a single-use mask at the front entrance for your use.ARRIVAL: We will welcome you through the main doors of Portico Church. There will be bottled water available should you desire it. At this time, coffee will not be served. Our Staff and Hospitality Team will help you find your seats in the auditorium. You will find a single-use printed bulletin on your seat. DURING SERVICE: To comply with governmental directives, we are asking everyone to maintain 6 feet of social distancing while inside Portico Church. AFTER SERVICE: Once service concludes, we ask that you gather your belongings and exit through the lobby doors or the back double doors promptly while ensuring social distance between others. CLEANING: According to governmental directives, we will be cleaning Portico before and after each service. We have all necessary cleaning products on hand.
