Highnote presents an exclusive performance by Anna Applegate featuring violinist, Preston Bell Charles III and cellist, Sarah Gorak. Limited tickets for this very unique and intimate performance by Anna Applegate with special guests Preston Bell Charles III and Sarah Gorak. Anna Applegate described by a Cincinnati local venue; “Scree of soul, falling rocks of folky essence across an interstate strewn with the boulders of femme expressionism in solid incantations of ambiguous and warm familiarity (for fans of Fleetwood Mac and Lana Del Ray)” Having been performing and writing music since her kid years in Kentucky, Anna Applegate is now very thrilled to be an active musician based in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. She's been very enthusiastic to be featured alongside the strong and well-respected female figures of the local music community in the past couple years. She expresses her thanks for the loving reception and support coming from women songwriters, and says she feels great supporting her friends in return! In addition to her career as a soloist, Anna has had regular appearances in ensemble with Jess Lamb and the Factory, and recently went on tour with Wonky Tonk. Her upcoming plans for the new year include plenty of new releases!
