Come on out and experience Caribbean culture In Houston, Our parade will consist of beautiful ladies in costume stilt walkers steel drums floats and more. The Parade is Free Free Free Gates open at 12 AM at INDIA HOUSE Kids under 12 FREE. Lots of Caribbean food, kid-zone and more... Attendees can bring lawn chairs, Umbrellas blanket tents etc. No outside food drinks coolers allowed FAQ's Q: What Does HCF ticket Include?
