Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm Saturdays (NOT negotiable) Office staff meetings at 7:00am each Friday- but the boss brings breakfast! _____________________________________________________________________ Pay and Perks: $45,000-$50,000 or more during first year. Pay starts at $14.00/hr and is paid weekly with option of direct deposit. Monthly company bonuses are based on a team goal and range from $200-$800+ per person. Lunches are 1 hour and are also paid. 30 minute paid lunches on Saturdays due to shorter day. 50% of medical and dental insurance is covered. Life insurance provided. 3% retirement matching after 1st year. 2 weeks paid vacation and 2 paid sick days per year. Increases with tenure. Worker's compensation and general liability coverage.
