Experienced technicians are welcomed! ✅ Paid training and FREE certification as a Residential Garage Door Installer by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation. ✅ Truck, tools, and all materials provided. _______________________________________ ❗ Requirements: -Positive attitude -Strong work ethic -Personable with homeowners -Experience working in extreme heat and cold -Basic tool knowledge -Pass a drug test and background check -Clean driving record (3 years) -Valid Texas driver's license _______________________________________ ⏰ Hours: Our technicians work 7:30am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 7:30am-4:00pm every other Saturday with meetings on Thursday mornings at 7:00am. As a service business, there are times where our technicians end up working later than usual to get all of their jobs for the day finished. Our technicians work an average of 65 hours per week (includes 1 hour per day as a paid lunch), and get paid great money to serve our customers with top quality service, repairs, and installations. _______________________________________ 💰 Pay and Perks: $55,000-$65,000 or more during first year. Pay starts at $14.00/hr and is paid weekly with option of direct deposit. Monthly company bonuses are based on a team goal and range from $200-$800+ per person. Lunches are 1 hour and are also paid. 30 minute paid lunches on Saturdays due to shorter day. 50% of medical and dental insurance is covered. Life insurance provided. 3% retirement matching after 1st year. 2 weeks paid vacation and 2 paid sick days per year. Increases with tenure. Worker's compensation and general liability coverage. All of our trucks have a full schedule every day, so you won't have to sit around and wait on jobs to be dispatched or worry about down time. Our service area is limited to Northeast Dallas and Collin Counties, so most of your time is spent at the job and not on the road. We pay for your testing to become certified as a Residential Garage Door Installer by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation. This national certification is only utilized by 5% of our competition, and we take pride in the quality of our service technicians. Our residential garage door technicians have serviced, repaired, and replaced residential garage doors and openers since 1977. Most of our technicians had never touched a garage door before we trained them, and now they're considered top professionals in our industry.
