Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • General house cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, straightening of personal items, cleaning of all rooms, emptying trash containers, preparation of meals and other duties as requested. • Personal assistance duties to include driving principals to doctor appointments, assist with hair/makeup, assist other family members as directed, online shopping and ordering of supplies, and grocery/personal shopping. • Pet care to include special food preparation, grooming and waste management (must not be allergic to dogs and cats). • Vehicle maintenance to include taking them to be washed, filled with gas and other general maintenance. • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to run miscellaneous. Company vehicle will be provided. • Hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm and Saturday typically from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, but may vary. Occasional evenings for special events. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • At least 2-3 years experience as a cleaning person-housekeeper/assistant in a private home. • Must be familiar with apple iphone and ipad products, as well as basic computer skills. • Must be familiar with equipment and cleaning materials. • Able to use common sense, work under minimal supervision, and make good judgment calls. • Able to work overtime and on Saturdays as scheduled. • Regular, predictable and dependable attendance. • A person of integrity and capable of working with and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. • Must be able to work with all personalities. • Must have reliable transportation to and from the place of employment. • Must wear uniforms provided by the Company. • Must pass drug test whenever requested before and during employment. • Previous COVID vaccination a plus. Physical Demands: • Walks, stands, stoops, bend most of day. • May lift up to 50 pounds. • May carry up to 25 pounds. • Other physical demands include, reaching above, at and below shoulder height, pushing/pulling, grasping; handling, twisting, bending, crawling, squatting, kneeling, crouching and climbing. Salary: • Commensurate with experience. Rate range is $16.00 to 18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. • Overtime paid at time and a half. • Performance review after ninety (90) days. Annual review on anniversary date thereafter. Benefits: • Available the 1st day of the full month following the completion of a sixty (60) day waiting period from the date of hire. Paid Time Off (PTO): • Two (2) PTO days after ninety (90) days of employment. • Ten (10) PTO days after one (1) year of employment. The use of more than 1 PTO day consecutively must be approved in advance.
