Fath Properties owns and manages eleven apartment communities in Dallas, TX. We are seeking candidates for Porter/General Laborer to work at Canyon Creek Apartments in the North Dallas area. General Laborer/Porter/Light Maintenance job description includes but is not limited to the following: • Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas which includes maintaining a neat area around all outside dumpsters. Emptying trash receptacles at laundry rooms, mail center, Leasing office and restrooms on site daily. • Assist Maintenance with trash disposal in turnover apartments. Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical. • May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property. • Outside grounds maintenance may also include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, Power washing, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes. • May be required to operate small power tools. Candidates should be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Able to climb stairs and ladders. Working conditions include exposure to weather. May be required to have a vehicle.
