My notebook was stolen from my car— paying $2000 to have it returned

Hi, My black suv was broken into on Friday night, March 12 on 40th street, one block from Homeroom. One bag was taken from my car. That bag had three cameras in it, some lenses, and a very important notebook. I'm not looking to have the cameras returned. But the notebook means a lot to me — all of my travel writing the past three years. I'm willing to pay $2000 to have the notebook returned, no questions asked. (you can use an alias email to contact me if you want). What does the notebook look like? It's small, brown, with a gold binder clip holding it together. The pages are falling from the binding, that's why I used the binder clip. My handwriting is mostly illegible except to me. I don't know if my name or other identifying information are the notebook itself. You would need to send me a picture to confirm. If you find it, send me an email. Will arrange dropoff / payment within 100 miles of San Francisco / Oakland. Thanks.
