AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing It's time once again to mark your calendar and save the date for the annual AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing! When: Friday, August 27th.  Start the weekend early with fellow AIA Indy Members & Sponsors !  Where: Join us at Brookshire Golf Club in beautiful Carmel, Indiana! Due to a historically large demand and the need to accelerate pace of the play, only the first 80 entries (20 teams) will be accepted on a first come – first serve basis. Here's the timeline: 10:00 am – Registration/Range/Lunch Served 11:00 am – Shotgun Start 4:00 pm – Early Dinner / Awards For Golfers: $200 per golfer/ $800 per foursome Fees include the following: green fees, half cart, prize fund, beer/soda, giveaways, and lunch/dinner/awards program. The rules to follow: USGA and Local as posted, scramble style. In the event of a tie, scorecard comparison will be used. If necessary, a putt-off will be held. For Sponsors: Sponsorship Packages ____$2000 – Dinner/Awards Ceremony Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and microphone time during awards dinner. Plus foursome of golf. ____$2000 – Beverage Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Beverage Cart, one ticket for awards dinner and microphone time during awards dinner. ____$1,500 - Box Lunch Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and microphone time during awards dinner. ____$1,000 – Individual Hole Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Hole sign, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Allows for representative to be at Hole during outing. Set up for golf hole is Sponsors responsibility. (canopy, tables, chairs, ETC) ____$1,000 – Range Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Range sign, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Set up for Range is Sponsors responsibility. (canopy, tables, chairs, ETC) ____$500 – Shared Hole Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Hole sign, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Does not allow for representative to be at Hole during outing. ____$500 - Longest Drive Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Three Longest Drive Contests will take place. Three sponsorships are available. ____$250 - Closest to the Pin Sponsor - Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Five Closet to the Pin Contests will take place. Five Closet to the Pin sponsorships are available. ____$250 - Longest Putt Sponsor -Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Five Longest Putt Contests will take place. Five Longest Putt sponsorships are available. As public health officials, elected leaders, and communities work to contain the spread of the virus, AIA Indiana will continue to follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) risk assessment and mitigation protocols as needed to respond to this changing situation. You understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the 2021 AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, AIA Indiana employees, volunteers, and program participants. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your attendance at the 2021 AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing.You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless AIA Indiana, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of AIA Indiana, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the 2021 AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing.
