Job Description Renewal by Andersen of Des Moines is the replacement division of Andersen Windows, the largest and oldest window manufacturer in the nation. Our Window Installers prep and setup the install sites, perform the removal procedure and assist with the window and door installation. This is a full-time position as an employee and includes full benefits. Applicants with Roofing, Siding, Framing, Laborers, Construction, Carpentry or Home Improvement Experience are encouraged to apply. Primary Responsibilities: · Good communication and customer service skills · Effectively prepares the job site for set up and tear down · Assist with removal of old windows · Assist with window and door installation · Collaborate with Lead Installer and or Project Manager · Adhere to proper safety techniques Qualifications & Skill Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 year of construction experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 -75 pounds Climb ladders up to 30’ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Working knowledge of hand and power tools Applicants must have a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment background check Pay: $17-$22 per hour, based on experience Benefits: · Health Insurance · Dental Insurance · Disability Insurance · Retirement Plan with 3% match · Paid Time off · Paid Holidays · Flex Time Contact Megan or Jamie Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
