The Neighborhood Farmers Markets is a 501c3 non-profit supporting local farmers and serving Seattle neighborhoods since 1993. We organize and operate farmers markets where shoppers can directly support local farms and our local food economy. We also do extensive work to increase food access, and all Seattle farmers markets facilitate SNAP/EBT use and other programs for folks in need. Farmers markets are more essential than ever, and our goal is to make sure our markets are here each week for our farmers, vendors and communities. We are currently in need of extra help on market days with social distancing and safety: helping us on the ground on market day, rain or shine, to monitor entrances and help shoppers with the current market layouts and protocols.
