Come join us for an outdoor, heart-activating workout where we will connect with God and empower each other through intentional conversation About the ProgramWe are a part of Until We Arise , a nonprofit whose mission is to bridge a divided people to a loving community, empowering resources, and a compassionate Christ. One of our "empowering resources" is our new Perfect Health Program.This program includes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness practices that can support overall health. We believe that we, as humans, are so beautifully designed and that our overall wellbeing is connected with all these different aspects of our existence. Our spiritual health can impact our physical and our physical can affect our mental and emotional and vise versa. We also realize that an important part of our healing and growth is "doing life" in community. So, this Saturday, we will be meeting at the park for an intentional time of movement and community! You can expect:Prayer intentional conversationa stretch workoutCardio warm up and a beginner level hike FUNWe ask that everyone bring:A mask or face-coveringHand sanitizer or wipescomfortable clothes and shoeswateryoga/ workout mat... if you have oneFor advanced participants feel free to bring your resistance bands and/or hand weights. *As a precaution, we would like to be clear that we are just starting out and we do not have certified instructors or coaches on site. This is a social event that is focused on community. By registering for this event you understand that you are liable for your own health and risk.
