Commercial Cleaning - medical facility SCHEDULE: VARYING DAYS available Start time: 9 p.m. or later 1-1.5 hours/clean PAY: FLAT RATE - 3days = $300/month; 4days = $400/month (and so on); 2 buildings @ 5 days/week = $1000/month Paid monthly (last day of the month) 1099 contract employee Pay increase after 90 days (no infractions) ************************************* ALL supplies provided Must have reliable transportation Must pass background check (last 7 years) MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED ************************************* JOB DUTIES: floors - vacuuming, sweeping, mopping bathrooms - full clean (single stall) dusting - all horizontal surfaces stocking - all paper products and soap trash - remove all trash throughout facility MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
