Hi! CLEANING PERSON: We need a cleaning person for the vacant apartments. Once our handyman is done with his job there is usually sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning in these empty apartments. I may also need garbage around the dumpster area and the building to be picked up. The pay rate is $12/hr. Note that you will need your own transportation, bus service is really bad to this part of town. Please give me a call to figure out if you are a good match with this property.
