General Cleanup and House Fix Help Needed

I need help, just bought a place in Covington, need to clean up grounds, rip out some carpet, pull up flooring. If you have tools even better I need a new door put in some locks changed out etc... Nothing complicated just need someone that knows how and can help with the project.
