Looking for an experienced handyman for a full time job.
Handyman will service property (restaurant and several small office buildings) which is located in Vienna, Virginia.
Has to be responsible and skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, painting/drywall, deck/fence, basic carpentry, home depot errands, etc. Non-drinker. Look presentable. References as a plus.
Has to live in in Northern Va / DC/MD and have a personal vehicle.
Work 5 days a week, only weekdays. 8 am-4.30 pm (with a lunch break).
Doesn't mean that you will be working all this time, but you have to be around and ready.
$650 per week + free meal at the restaurant every day.
Possibility of salary increase.
Room for rest at the property.
