We're looking for a few new faces to join our growing warehouse team. We’ve built our organization from the ground up through constant trial-and-error, bright ideas from the folks doing the work, and radically candid feedback. Traditional warehouse workers haven't always faired well with us because we're not a traditional warehouse company. What You'll Be Doing: We're the magic behind the online shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks can include picking and packing products from our warehouse shelves, or prepping and kitting special projects. We look for people who are eager to help any team within our operations group that might need it most on any given day, be that inbound, outbound, inventory management, returns, or wholesale. For This Job, You Must: Have a great attitude about life and work Learn quickly Be physically able to be on your feet most of the day and lift 50lbs Be unafraid to ask questions Have a desire to be a part of a good team and community These Are Nice Not Necessary: Service industry experience Traditional retail experience E-commerce experience Monday - Friday ~9:00 am - ~6:00 pm (flexible hours depending on workload) Qualifications: • Must be 18 or older, • Must be comfortable using a PC/iPad and learning our software • Must be comfortable being on your feet most of the day • Forklift certified is a plus • Must have reliable transportation. We're looking for people from all walks of life, backgrounds, etc. We have a climate-controlled warehouse and are a small company so we're looking for self-motivated, hard-working people to join our team. We'll be scheduling interviews all week. Must have reliable transportation and looking to begin working ASAP.
