Description
Need a maintenance person for a manufactured home community. Must have your own- reliable transportation, a valid drivers license.
Duties include but not limited to:
Mowing
Picking up trash
Repair water and sewer lines
Building decks for homes
& Other duties as needed
This job is 90% outside work, we work if it rains on inside projects.
