I need someone that is experienced with painting, carpentry and power washing. I need one individual with these skills and experience. I do not want 2 people, only 1 person. This will be 1-2 weeks of work. Install two windows, install 5 vents in sides of house. Do some trim work. power wash fence and house. Paint also. Must be experienced. I have the power washer. Send pictures of work, and references, when replying to this ad. $20 per hour if truly experienced and good at it. Please state if you are a fast, slow or average worker. This is only by the hour, not by the job. I will supply all the material. This is for 8 hours a day for work as an independent contractor. It does not include driving time or lunch. Some workers...
