Press release from the Town of Grafton: March 13, 2021 The town has released a new update on COVID-19 in Grafton. Important points in this update include: Grafton has moved back to a Yellow Designation from the State, but the Municipal Center will remain open. A new pre-registration tool for vaccine appointments has been launched by the State. Vaccine eligibility has been expanded to include K-12 educators, child care workers, and K-12 School staff. A new regional vaccination site will be opening in Uxbridge at the end of the month. More than 1,400 Grafton Residents have received their first vaccine dose!
