We are seeking qualified painters, drywallers, and general laborers for apartment turn over and common area improvement. We are looking for contractors for our Village East Community. We offer competitive pay and payment typically within 10 days of service. We require all vendors and subcontractors to provide evidence of insurance, complete a W-9 for Tax Purposes, workers comp (if you have employees) and sign the vendor Agreement.
