REGISTER HERE: https://spirityogastudios.com/san-diego-yoga-studio/workshops/ 2020 packed a punch, and we are all doing our best to reignite our purpose and passion as we navigate through the early phases of 2021. Join me for a community vision board workshop: a 3-hour in-person, and socially distanced workshop that focuses not only on reviving our dreams, but establishing our community dharma: our personal duty of how we show up for our community. this is just in time for the spring equinox—a time that invites us to let go of winter’s energy so we can begin again in full bloom. let’s make spring 2021 a season full of empowerment, community, and passion! Vision boards are a powerful visual reminder of what you really want in your life. using magazines and images from text/artwork/old books, you create a visual representation of how you want to feel and what you want to manifest in the coming months. the idea is to hang the board (poster board, cardboard, etc) in an area of your home where it can be seen regularly—working as a constant reminder of the goals and dreams that you want to bring to life. the more you see these images, the more you think about them, and the more you consider what you can do to make them happen. Please bring a poster board or cardboard (pick any size you'd like!), scissors, and a glue stick. We will have some magazines, but if you'd like to contribute any of your own feel free to bring those too! This in-person workshop includes vision board instruction, guided meditation and yoga, journaling prompts, and intimate group discussions plus… you will leave the workshop with a vision board that will help you answer questions about your dharma as 2021 continues to unfold, as well as a better understanding of your goals and dreams for your future, a better understanding/reconnection with your purpose and dharma, a better understanding of how you can support your own community, and tools for mindfulness. 20% of event proceeds will be donated to a local nonprofit.
