Description
We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our Property Management department.
Duties include:
-Making repairs as needed for our tenants and owners.
-Janitorial, painting, basic carpentry, basic electrical, and basic plumbing skills required.
-Post notices
-Take pictures of make-ready apartments.
-Inspect newly acquired properties.
-Change locks and place lockboxes.
-Must be able to communicate and follow-up with tenants in a professional manner.
-Applicants must have a valid driver's license, their own tools, transportation, and cell phone.
- This position offers a competitive hourly rate.

-Applicants must agree to a criminal background check.
- Job Type: 30 to 40+ hours per week.
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience
